Preleaf Technology is a Startup in healthcare which aims to reduce maternal mortality and morbidity by empowering frontline healthcare workers and health ecosystem with decision making platform “MAATRITVA”. Maatritva helps in Timely Identification, tracking, referral and birth preparedness of high risk pregnancies.

Solution
Maatritva consists of android application which is used by front line health workers and a web dashboard which is used by administration.
Maatritva android application provides a system to capture key parameters of pregnant women, processed by algorithm to categorize the pregnancy case in 3 categories High risk, Risk & Normal. Application also provides a mechanism to plan and remind the ANM (health care workers) in follow-up and referral. All the information is synced to a central server.
Health Administration uses the web dashboard to make an informed decision based on the information collected using the app. Several useful reports are generated. Dashboard provides visualization, charts and graphs to understand and monitor the KPIs.
